I too am confused as to where 002 is? unless this is product #2 and in-universe they don't publish in order?
issues are released sequentially, but not in ascending numerical order
I did not predict this one to be Dispatch 003. This makes me curious to find the pattern as more come out
Depending where you are in the galaxy you might get 0003 first. Check your station's incoming manifest!
